Definitions: "Owner" is the owner of the place of business for whom Buzzfax.com provides online ordering services. "Client" is the end user of the Buzzfax software, who accesses buzzfax via the internet in order to place an order to an Owner. |

By the use of this software service, users of Buzzfax.com, including both Owners and Clients, agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1) The transmission of an order from a Client to an Owner requires the services of a number of outside providers, including internet access and service providers, electric utilities, internet hosts, cell phone carriers, and fax service providers to name a few. None of these outside providers and services are under the control of Buzzfax.com or Triad Technologies, and all state limits of liability with regard to failed transmissions or services. Therefore, all users, including both Owners and Clients, of the Buzzfax software agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triad Technologies, its officers, successors and assigns from any loss directly or indirectly incurred due to the failure of any part of an order placed online through Buzzfax.com to reach its intended destination in a timely fashion.

2) Triad Technologies intends that the ordering information presented on the Buzzfax.com ordering pages is accurate with respect to the information provided by the Owner, and shall perform internal reviews and quality assurance checks to verify the Buzzfax.com ordering pages reflect the information provided by the Owner. Triad Technologies shall not be responsible for any losses incurred because of inaccuracies or errors on the Buzzfax.com ordering pages. It is the responsibility of the Owner to ensure that the pages are correct. In the event of changes in prices, offerings, or other details, it is the responsibility of the Owner to inform Triad Technologies of such changes at least 20 calendar days in advance, to allow timely modification of the Buzzfax.com ordering pages.

3) For Owners, Buzzfax.com is a subscription-based service. Charges are billed at the beginning of each month for services for that month. Owners shall provide Triad Technologies with valid credit-card information at the beginning of the services and maintain valid credit-card information with Triad Technologies for the duration of service.

4) Owners may cancel the services of Buzzfax.com at any time at their discretion and without cause. Unused funds shall be refunded prorated as of the date of cancellation, and credited to the credit-card on file with Triad Technologies or refunded by company check, at our discretion. Triad Technologies shall assume no liability for lost current or future orders.

5) Should the credit-card information provided to Triad Technologies expire or otherwise become invalid, Triad Technologies reserves the right to cancel the Buzzfax service immediately. No refunds shall be provided. Triad Technologies shall assume no liability for lost current or future orders.

6) Triad Technologies reserves the right to cancel the Buzzfax service to any Owner without cause or justification should it become in its best interest to do so. Once an Owner has been notified of cancellation, the service shall be continued for 20 calendar days to allow Owners to make other arrangements. No refunds shall be provided. Triad Technologies shall assume no liability for lost current or future orders.
